#50 'Savannah Midnight Inn Sheltered Pool'

This pool has been used by many famous guests to Midnight Inn.  In fact the Inn's name was changed once the film 'Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil'was shot in Savannah. Clint Eastwood and his family stayed at Angela Tolley's inn as well as Robert Redford when he was directing and acting in Bagger Vance.  No one know as Angela was very protective of her Inn's famous guests.   They were able to enter in their cars from the alley way into the garage and though the door to walk along this pool and up the steps to the porch.  It's typical in the Historic District of Savannah on the famous squares to have such privacy from passerbys.  I felt privileged to have known Angela Tolley and called her a very close friend for the wonderful last few years of her life.
